StrataCode by Novare Systems (novare.systems) stores timestamped code history — commits, PRs, issues, and the links between them — plus vectors, ask traces (90 days), and an audit log (1 year), so it can answer why-questions with citations.

Member AI calls use your own provider keys (strict BYOK); server keys are admin-only fallback. Analytics are privacy-friendly with no selling of data. Delete a repo and tenant data is purged.
